Room rates for 2 persons (2 nights minimum):

All prices are subject to 7% VAT.
From January 1, 2025, the municipality of Simmerath will levy an overnight stay tax of 5% on the overnight stay price, which will be added to the total price and paid in full to the municipality.
A deposit of 50 euros is payable on confirmed reservation.
The balance must be paid on arrival.
The prices listed in the table include the following services:
- the use of sheets and towels
- using the supplied wireless network
- the usage-bound extra costs (heating, electricity, water)
Your apartment is available on arrival from 14.00 clock and on departure to 10.00 clock.
In case of cancellation of your holiday time booked with us, we unfortunately have to charge cancellation fees. The cancellation fee is:
- up to 45 days before departure: 10%
- up to 30 days before departure: 25%
- up to 22 days before departure: 50%
- after that 80%
We will of course make every effort to convey the accommodation otherwise! For the days when this is successful, we will not charge you any cancellation fee!
